Very authentic
Fantastic recipe book! Easy to follow, and reminds me of what my grandmother used to make for me as a child.
Not worth buying this book..there is not a single meat / chicken recipe and that is what you would expect from a Malabar recipes book. Also the other recipes given in the book are not Malabar region specific, they are more generic to Kerala cuisine. I am very disappointed with this book!
